Solomon Natar
Consultant
A trained OD (organizational development) consultant with law office experience working through the regulations with insight, he offers a combined holistic approach, first listening to the interests of the organizations and their leaders, and then assisting the leaders through these regulations to support their interests.

He holds a BA in International Relations and MA in Jewish Thought from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem; OD certificate from Zofnat Institute, apprenticeship at Shatil; managed the NGO department at CDPB Law Office and the nonprofit Joseph Project Ltd. (CC); co-founder of Social Delivery and Emergency Alignment; Advisory Board member for the nonprofits Lo Omdot mi'Neged and Kulna Jerusalem.

Tomer Shemesh
Consultant
A skilled project manager, logistics specialist, and PR consultant, he can fix problems and push operations forward, he utilizes broad experience from a variety of fields. He is the founder of Social Delivery, an innovative logistical supply-chain for nonprofit organizations, collaborating with the private and public sectors.

He was the Operations Manager of Leket Israel, the largest food bank in Israel, coordinating a complex system of agricultural surplus and distributing to 150K individuals nationwide. He also managed major political campaigns and events in the Meretz party, and for ten years developed the palm dates plantation and more at Na’aran, a kibbutz in the Jordan valley. He is an active member of the ROI community.
